Here's a game featuring the most iconic Easter animal: the bunny!
Instructions:

Divide the children into two teams and line them up at the starting point.

Give each child a bunny ear or headband to wear.

Set up a race course by placing cones or markers in a straight line.

On your "go" signal, the first child from each team hops like a bunny to the end of the race course and back.

Once they reach the starting point, they tag the next person in line who repeats the process until all team members have completed the race.

The first team to finish the race wins the game.
To make the game more challenging, you can add obstacles to the race course or have the children hop on one foot. You can also set a time limit for the race and see which team completes the most laps within that time.
