Crowd management is an important part of kids church. It can make the difference between an engaging, productive time of ministry and the worst experience of your life. And an easy way to manage your crowd is by providing positive reinforcements that reward kids for participating and displaying positive attitudes.

The Wall of Mystery Eggs is a fun and eye-catching way to give kids a reason to participate. Plus, it adds an incredibly engaging (and often underrated) element to your kids church experience: intrigue.

A large display is place in a prominent spot in your kids church space (ideally near the center of your stage or teaching area.) That display is a 9-cube shelf that contains 9 numbered Easter eggs (one egg per cube naturally.) This is the Wall of Mystery Eggs.

Every time you mention the Wall of Mystery Eggs a light shines or a VERY COOL video bumper plays.

Check out this Very Helpful Visual© for some visual reinforcement:

The numbered eggs can be filled with all sorts of mystery prizes, such as candy, gift cards, ministry swag, small-ish toys, etc.

At the end of your kids church service, one or more kids are given the opportunity to approach the shelf and select one of the mystery eggs as a prize.

And you can use it for several weeks in a row by simply restocking the shelf with more eggs and prizes!

I've created this little bumper and loop pack that you could purchase if you want to support BCS!
